What we collect

• Free checks: the domain you enter, the DNS results, and your IP address for rate limiting (kept for 24 hours).
• Accounts: your email address, the domains and DKIM selectors you monitor, alert settings, and check history.
• Billing: handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, not card details.

How we use it

To run checks, send login links and alerts you have configured, bill you, and keep the Service secure. We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising. Transactional email is delivered through Resend.

Public check pages

Results for free checks are shown on a public page for that domain and cached briefly. They contain only information already published in public DNS.

Retention and deletion

Account data is retained while your account exists and deleted within 30 days of a deletion request to support@mailauthwatch.com. Check history for cancelled accounts is deleted after 90 days.

Cookies

One strictly necessary session cookie for logged-in users. No analytics or advertising cookies.
