Terms of Service

MailAuthWatch ("the Service") is provided by the operator of mailauthwatch.com ("we"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

The service

We check publicly published DNS records for domains you specify and report on them. Free checks are available to anyone. Paid plans add daily monitoring, alerts, history and, on some plans, API access. Results are measurements of public DNS at the time of the check; we do not guarantee that a passing grade means mail will be delivered, since receivers apply their own policies.

Accounts and payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with 30 days' notice by email.

Acceptable use

You may only monitor domains you own or are authorised to manage. You may not use the Service to attack, overload or scan third-party infrastructure, or resell it without permission. We may apply rate limits and suspend accounts that abuse the Service.

Availability and liability

The Service is provided "as is". We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

Changes
